And on the subject of keeping fit - walking. A 10,000 steps a day club has just been set up over on the main gransnet site bit.ly/1qocA7D so get your pedometer at the ready and get in training. 10,000 steps might be something you could work up to if you don't normally do a lot of walking, it's harder than you think. hmm

There was a good Q and A session on the Gransnet Chelmsford site on exercise with Julie Robinson founder of Move it or Lose it.
