A new "Tollgate Village" is featuring in the local news today. Plans can be seen here. Looks like a good idea as there will be plenty of free parking as well as good bus services. Personally I think it will draw custom away from Colchester Town Centre and maybe make the proposed new Vineyard Shopping Centre less attractive.
