As an avid 'comper' and I hasten to add multiple time winner, I was wondering if there any any of our Gransnetters who enjoy doing these too and would welcome perhaps some local competitions to enter? I will start to post some on here as and when I find them and would be grateful if you would too. Most people say ' oh I never win anything' however you have to be in it to win it! And its often a numbers game but local competitions are less popular if the prize is for instance a meal in a local restaurant rather than a physical prize such as a coffee machine.
