Hi, my husband and I have just joined Gransnet. We have two granddaughters, one in Walsall and one in Devon and are voluntary workers collecting on behalf AidConvoy.org, registered charity no 1149015, who have an urgent need for all things baby - pushchairs, carriers, carry cots, clothes, nappies etc for Syrian mothers. Although these are the most urgent items, we are also collecting other items, as follows.
Men's women's, children's and baby's clothes, boots and shoes
Baby food, milk, nappies, wipes and milk
Food - rice, pasta, dried milk, porridge, tinned fish, kidney beans, chick peas etc, cuppa-soups
Hygiene items – wipes, sanitary pads, shampoo, soap
Non-prescription medical items – aqueous creams, sudo-crème, paracetamol, aspirin, cold and cough remedies etc
Towels
Blankets, duvets, pillows and sleeping bags (must be clean and in good condition)
