Spa in Herts

Hi Every one,
has any body tried a local Spa in Hertfordshire, what did you think of the one you went to, and would you recommend it to others. They seem to vary so much in price and type of facilities on offer, also did you have a personal treatment. I look for ward to hearing your thoughts.

DH and DD have been to the spa and country club at Luton Hoo and thoroughly enjoyed it. We are all three planning to go there on election day, which is DD's way of celebrating the last of her OU exams for this year.

I have heard from a friend, that the Sopwell House Hotel, near St Albans, do a very nice Spa Day.

I like Champneys at Tring. I have tried the day spa at St Albans but don't find it quite so relaxing after a massage to be back to every day life so quickly.
