Does anyone know of any walking groups in the Norfolk area that they can recommend preferably in South Norfolk or North Suffolk ?

Hi Quncejam, there are a number of walking groups known as "walking for health". The link below includes South Norfolk. I have been on some of these and they are brilliant. They cater for all sorts of levels too.

Thanks Lucycakeface that's really helpful, walking is so much better with other people. Although at times I do like a solitary walk !

I know Quincejam, sometimes there is nothing like complete peacefulness when you are walking with nature. Of course except for the birds!
