Some people are missing the local Gransnet event calendar. So I thought you might like to let us know what's on in your part of Essex.

In Colchester I play Walking Netball on Mondays at the University 11am. I also go to regular ladies coffee meetups every Wednesday and Thursday morning. All are welcome at these. Just ask me for more details.

Garden enthusiasts are being given the chance to be part of an audience with gardening journalist and TV presenter, Alan Titchmarsh, MBE, as he talks about his career and experience as a gardener, from his early days at the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, to his career on TV and radio, his writing and his charity work.

The event is being held on 28th June at The Ivor Crewe Lecture Theatre, The University of Essex, Colchester, and is in aid of the Beth Chatto Education Trust.

I have been asked to spread the word about an Easter egg hunt on Easter Day, 10.30-2, with clues to solve and an egg at the end for all players. The Vine, Great Bardfield will be serving breakfast rolls and there'll be crafts, cake, face painting and a great raffle

Proceeds from the raffle, hunt, crafts and cake all go to Great Bardfield pre-school.

I have a couple of workshops coming up that some of you might be interested in...

If you're considering making some changes in your life or you want to improve the quality of your life why not book onto one of my Frequency Shift Workshops?

The next one is on June 30th from 1pm to 4pm and the cost is £40. I've had some amazing feedback from previous people who have attended and I can't wait to run the next one! We'll be repeating it on July 15th, at the same time.

Both will take place at Feering Community Centre, Coggeshall Rd, Colchester, Essex CO5 9QB.

If you'd like to find out more, call me on 07900 211088 or email [email protected]
