elegran suggested we have a separate thread for sorting the proposed Glasgow meet up, and green asked if I might be able to 'sort' it, so this is me sorting the first bit: names please? smile

greenmossgiel Fri 27-Jul-12 16:45:36

glass, tell him you'll bring him back a deep-fried Mars Bar - it'll be a bit cold and claggy by the time you get it back to him, though...confused

soop Fri 27-Jul-12 17:01:49

Whatever you promise, Glass, don't put it in writing! wink

Sewsilver Fri 27-Jul-12 23:38:44

Sewsilver Sat 28-Jul-12 12:59:18

Hope sun shines for you Bags. Where are you going?

absentgrana Sat 28-Jul-12 13:45:41

moomin Thanks for the reminder. That means fares will be higher and, possibly, hotel bills. (I thought I would do an overnight stay so that I get to see something of the city.) The previous weekend would, therefore, be better – but I'm happy to go with whatever is a generally agreed.

glassortwo Sat 28-Jul-12 16:44:51

Is it Bank holiday in Scotland they sometimes have different dates ...going to check the calendar?
