I'm not convinced that the Tory launch - which seems to consist of insulting people who died in a fire & comparing Labour's plans to mass murder - is entirely displaying the mastery of 21st century viral marketing that we were promised.

Things are getting better for the Tory campaign launch. Kay Burley has just empty chaired the Tory Chairman James Cleverly who was in the Sky News building but then refused to do the interview.

I think that their proud record of 'achievements' so far will determine who votes for them. Is anyone else totally embarrassed by our government? What must the rest of the world think of us?

I think all the parties are going to struggle to win support. Recent events and behaviour have put all in a very poor light. There is no-one worthy of our trust.

Did anyone see Kate Burley talking to an empty chair this morning that was supposed to contain Cleverly, who had fun back to HQ after the drubbing he got from other interviews this morning?

Burley went through all the questions she had intended to put to Cleverly.
