I spent some time this afternoon looking at clips from msnbc programmes on you tube in which they discuss Trump's speeches. There was an interesting one where short clips of speeches made by incumbent presidents following various disasters from the Kennedy shooting to 9/11. They were non partisan and quite moving. Contrast those with the comments made by Trump abut covid and the difference is shocking. he has no empathy at all for those who mourning the loss of loved ones.

I don't think we're far behind trump in our own government.
