I avidly watched the inauguration of Joe Biden. I think he's such a lovely man who has had a tragic life losing a wife, a daughter and a son. Feel very happy that the Orange One has finally gone. My DH wouldn't step foot in the US while Trump was in charge on principle. I just hope once the pandemic is over we can resume our US holidays. I also think it's a turning point for America and I hope we will follow suit here in the UK. As Joe said in his wonderful speech, there is so much division and tribalism nowadays. We should be able to disagree with someone with someone and still respect them. Let's hope Joe Biden will be the one to unite the country. I, for one, feel optimistic that a change is coming.
