Well, I think that 9 of them were DUP or similar, weren't they? So they can't lose the whip!
However, I think that the 22 tories who voted against it should definitely lose the whip. The lunatic fringe of the ERG (plus Johnson) needs to be eliminated.
Johnson sacked some very competent MPs but these ERG backbenchers are a pain in Sunak's derriere and it would advantage Labour for him to keep them on!
It was a three line whip, so Sunak should be disciplining those who went against it (including Johnson and Truss), in the same way as Johnson removed the whip from some very competent and decent Tory MPs.
