Do any Retirement Developments have Wifi or communal computers?

Sorry, should have said, in Kent, but I'd be interested to know if they did in other parts of the country?

The Extracare Charitable Trust (where I worked) has homes with care, mainly in Central England. As far as I know, not further South than Gloucestershire. They DO, however, have communal computers, and WiFi in some, but not all, of their developments.
