My little but oldest grandson is very bothered about global warming. He loves wild life and was on safari with his family this summer. Can anyone recommend positive books about what is being done to help? I think his school is drumming the down side in to make it fix but I feel there should be a positive attitude as well to be encouraged.

It is a worry. I can understand your grandson's fears. I firmly believe that all the logging of the rainforests plays a major part. At school I was taught that trees are the lungs of the world. We can all manage without palm oil! here's an article about it from the forestry commission.

Thank you Hildaj. I'm thinking of offering a tree planting for his birthday and Christmas ( alongside a play with present as well) I used to do this for nephews and nieces but it wasn't very popular in one relatives family.
