Euromillions am I imagining things?

Yesterday morning on Central tv my husband and myself saw an advert for Friday's euromillions rollover jackpot!!! Did anyone else see this? Always wondered if these rollovers were fixed??

I don't think they're fixed. It's just that the lottery is spread over so many countries that the uptake of tickets and therefore the prize fund is huge.

Well as Tuesday's draw had yet to take place, how did they know that there would be a roll over on Friday?

89m .. and they were advertising that since 26 June seemingly knowing that the draw on the 28 June would not be won. Camelot claim that Friday's draw (28 June) would have paid out 85m regardless if Tuesday's jackpot had been won, completely unprecedented.^

If I win the jackpot on Friday, that will be proof positive that there is no jiggery pokery or fixing going on. If, on the other hand I do NOT win.........
