Visa scam?

had an e-mail saying we want to make it easier for me to use my visa card.I think its geniune,but just in case its not I won't be doing anything.

You could contact your Visa card company direct (ie, not via the link in the email), to check if it’s genuine if you are interested in what it claims to offer, or, as you say, just ignore it altogether, especially if you are happy with the way things stand with your present arrangement and how you use your card.

infoman I am in the same position. I have not deleted it yet - I thought I would go through it with a fine toothcomb first.

Call your bank direct by the number on your card or paperwork from them, or go into a branch, and ask them. Have the number of the message ready in case they ask for it!
