Can't edit my profile?

Sorry - it was me. I didn't notice that me email address had lost the @ . Don't know how it happened, but it was hard to see.

Hi Joan, we've checked everything behind the scenes, and it's all working fine.
Double check you've got the right email and password - we're sure it should be working!

I have the same problem as Sephrenia, and I DID put in my correct email address and password. I even had my password resent just in case, but I always had it right.

Damian, thanks for that, I have been trying to log into my profile with no success (just emailed tech support). works fine with email address.

Hi Sephrenia,

Are you logging in with your registered e-mail address? Currently, trying to log in with your forum username will not work. If you use your email address along with the usual password you should be able to edit your profile.

It says I have to login again which is fair enough, but I've entered the password correctly three times now and it just says 'login failed'.

Is anyone else getting this?
