Something seems to be going on Lucca, or perhaps not going on.

I've had several 'server not functioning' messages this pm.

If you report a post say for spam or whatever you get an email acknowledgement

Yes, Lucca one does get the email acknowledgement, but the nothing seems to happen.

I reported a post last night that I'm pretty certain broke GN guidelines, but it's still there.

Another post on the same thread which as far as I'm aware was NOT in breach of them was removed PDQ!
