What do you think has been the best result in the Olympics so far?
For me the BMX rider who won gold performing that amazing loop, but had to crowdfund her training.

For me, the two high jumpers who decided to share the gold.

T'would bring a tear to a glass eye.

Alegrias1 yes lovely idea-rather than have a jump off. Football European Championship could learn a lot!

Equestrian Eventing Team Gold Medal

Georgia Taylor-Brown gradually making up the time she lost after her bike had a puncture, and fighting her way back to silver medal position.

I’d probably just have given up and cried..

I’d forgotten Georgia Taylor-Brown, she must have such a strong mindset to have overcome that puncture ?

Can we add 13-year old Sky Brown winning a bronze at skateboarding?

And 16-year old Gold-Medal-winning gymnast Guan Chenchen who seems to have no fear whatsoever.

I watched Guan Chenchen-then watched her on replay. It was like watching gymnasts the past, where it didn’t matter what nationality they were, if they were outstanding!

Tom Daley knitting was a great image.

I always “watch” the boxing with my eyes firmly on my jigsaw, but I loved the sportsmanship of Pat McCormack when he immediately applauded and hailed the Cuban who narrowly beat him to the gold medal. Unlike Ben Whitaker who sulked and refused to wear his silver medal - though he has apologised for his behaviour.

Ben Maher winning gold by the teeniest of margins. A huge pat for the wonderful horse,
