Any fans of Gavin and Stacey out there. I loved the show. I lived in a house in Barry just like the one the Stacey lived in and used to rush home from school get changed and go down to the beach in Barry Island, but that was many years ago

Love it - great programme enjoying re runs now on BT Vision. I lived near Billericay and I know lots of Gavins and Pammies!

Only saw a few and thought it was brilliant [always seemed to miss it]. Was a revelation to see Ruth Jones in the drama about Hattie Jacques; what an amazing actress she is. Currently laughing at Lead Balloon, and caught 'Not Going Out' the other night and found myself laughing out loud.

Gav and Stace - one of the best things ev-er. I come from S Wales so it was a total joy. Ruth Jones is a goddess.

I love Gavin and Stacey..I have the Box sets but still watch re-runs on TV.
I really like Joanna Page.

Just gone through the box set again (re-runs not on a good night for me) and still think it brilliant after 3 viewings. All the characters were such good actors and I think that's the secret, plus the superb writing. So impressed with both Ruth Jones and James Corden. Saw him in "History Boys" and just seen him at the National Theatre and he totally made a creaky old farce (One man two governors) a brilliant show, and I was amazed at Ruth Jones as Hattie. They were probably right to stop when they did but I do miss them.

My niece went to Joanna's wedding, na-na-na-na-nah - she is brilliant isn't she. She is amazing on the Superdrug ad on TV. How can you put that much oomph into a few banal words. Do you recall that she was in Love Actually - the porno-body-double-couple

I love the running joke re Nessa's past "If it 'an been for my relationship with John Pres-cott, I'd still be in that African jail!"

and what was it that Gwyn said "Ess-ex is tantamount to London!"

Smithy doing sport relief - the one with Beckham was also hysterical.

oh dear i have tasks to do, must get on....

Adore it. Although it's called Gavin and Stacey the most important characters seems to be Ness and Bryn. They are SO memorable.

My daughter has adopted all the phrases "that's lush" "tidy" "what's occuring" ...

not to mention Smithy who has become a star as a result of sportrelief sketches.
