I watched this at the weekend and it was very enjoyable. People working from home are moving there for a year under a new scheme and completing their work in beautiful surroundings. Once they have finished or before they start they run on the beach or swim in the sea. They experience a different culture and one young man said it was doing his psoriasis the world of good, the sun and the lessening of his MH issues around his condition were slowly abating. Very interesting program.

Sounds idyllic, the last time we went there, some years ago, there was quite a bit of anti British feeling once you were away from the resorts.
I wonder how these people are getting on?

We watched it and thought it would be interesting if there were a follow-up programme in six months/a year to see how they all fared. It looks so idyllic, but it was very expensive as so much of their food etc is imported.

Anti British, you get that in many of the former colonies, they accept you as a tourist, as a resident maybe not. For sunshine and laid back lifestyle, the Med has a lot to offer.
