Ingredients30g cornflakes (crushed)4 chicken breasts 6 tbsp honey 1 tbsp french mustard 2 spring onions (chopped) 2 tsp dill (chopped) Good pinch salt and black pepper Cooking spray |
Handy HintI usually flatten the chicken breasts so that they cook quicker by covering in cling film and bashing with a rolling pin. |

Method1. Preheat oven to Gas Mark 7/220°C/425°F.2. In a small bowl, combine honey, mustard, salt, pepper, dill and spring onions. 3. Place crushed cornflakes in a shallow bowl. Dip chicken breasts into dressing mixture, then into cornflake crumbs. 4. Place on to shallow baking pan coated with cooking spray. Bake until chicken is golden and no longer pink, about 15- 20 minutes. |
