Ingredients

500g chocolate (any type as long as it has 70% cocoa solids)
500ml double cream
Liqueur of your choice (eg: brandy, rum, tia maria etc)

Method

1. Place all the ingredients in a saucepan and stir until all melted.
2. Transfer the chocolate mix into a bowl and cover and put in fridge for at least 2 hours (if you can leave overnight even better).
3. Take a small amount and shape into a small ball and then roll in icing sugar or cocoa powder, chopped nuts or desiccated coconut. Repeat until all the mix is used up
