I am an Oddfellow. They are local in many areas. My District has Dances/Discos, days out etc. We have a health visitor when members are unwell and need shopping bringing in, or just go round with Chocolates and a card with person wishes from friends. One guy has Dystonia in his neck and an Oddfellow take him for his injections.
On 27th April we have a St Georges Dance all to wear red and white. Last year we had a Jubillee Dance and that was great. Our age group is 3 months to 82. It is a good environment for someone who is alone and wants friends. We give money to charity, this year it is to the Bertha James Day Centre
