I've been dealing with a tribunal all day!
To me FPC stands for family practitioner committe.

According to Private Eye, which is usually right, many of the highest paid bankers and the head honchos at the accountancy firms which were supposed to be overseeing them, have now been given cushy jobs with various government agencies.

Bank of England, Financial Policy Committee, Galen. I had to google it myself as I have not looked at the papers today.

The only papers I've had time to look at are ATOS reports on ESA claimants.
