I had just completed the GN survey. Would someone using the Bank of Mattress be entitled to do complete this survey? Who would know anyway!

It's really not a sensible thing to do, currencies change and notes become out of date. Banks change notes and get rid of smaller denominations to stop people hiding money I think.

I think Celtic is making a point about the black money not being presented to Inland Revenue(as recently mentioned in the news earlier this year) that needs to be addressed in order for us not to go the same way as the countries mentioned. Does anyone with Bank of Mattress have the right to vote, even! But who would know anyway. Who was it said, "the only two things guaranteed in life are taxes and death". Or something like that.

CelticRose. If you lived in a country where the government were a bunch of crooked shysters, you would keep your money under the mattress. I have lived in one such country.
