It is, but I am not in America, nor are most of the people who mis-spell “adviser”
Bah humbug! grin

What really annoys me about Trip Advisor?
They can’t spell their own bliddy name!
Which has led to a generation or more of people talking about *Government advisors” “economic advisors”, “health advisors” etc
In the U.K. it’s ADVISER for heaven’s sake. ????

I am stunned that my daughter trying to get Disney tickets refunded from a U.K. company has found they want to keep 20% as Ann ‘admin’ fee !!!

That’s a whopping £600 !!!!

How can that be justified for a few pieces of unused card ?

I got the e-mail from TUI to-day giving me a code to either rebook with a discount or ask for my money back by phone . Tried most of the afternoon and did not get to speak to anyone. We should have travelled in March. I see people saying they have missed a trip of a lifetime and are waiting for thousands of pounds refund.

Yes but a human should have stepped in to override the computer under the circumstances!

It's just a computer sending them.

I have had a couple from Trip Advisor over the past couple of weeks and think that they are automatically generated.

I have had these too and also a couple from the insurance company asking how my holiday was and to be sure to use them for future travel.??
