Rayburn problems!

Are there any Rayburn engineers out there? I have an oil fired Rayburn 480K which has given sterling service but now I can't use the cooker (the heating and hot water are fine). I switched on the cooker and it cut out and the orange cut out light came on. The engineer has looked at it a few times and on Friday fitted a new motor, it worked OK for a day and then cut out again, he is now at a loss as to what can be wrong. It is regularly serviced and there is no soot build up.

So can anyone suggest what we can do now? I have emailed Rayburn but they don't have a good reputation for customer service!

The only time our oil-fired Rayburn has cut out was when the pilot nozzle had got a bit sooty. New nozzle sorted it and have had no problems since. I think the technical name may be the "pressure jet burner" but not sure.

Thanks, but I think the engineer would have checked that (although I will mention it to him next time we speak).
