Has anyone gone for this? I've left my details and they've called me. The deal is £20 for sending a urine sample. Now they're saying it's £20 of high street vouchers.

Does anyone know what the vouchers are for?

It seems a lot of faffing about if the vouchers aren't useful.

Sadiesnan Fri 18-Dec-15 20:52:54

I've spent my vouchers. I found it quite difficult spending £20 on myself!

Sadiesnan Thu 17-Dec-15 23:20:49

My voucher has arrived. I think I'll treat myself to big box of Thorntons Continentals.

You're too late anyway, Gabrielle, it closed the other day!

Alea Sun 13-Dec-15 21:29:10

Is this thread "taking the p*ss"??
grin

I didn't have a syringe.....did I? tchconfused I just weed into the pot.

Gabrielle8 Sun 13-Dec-15 21:19:10

I feel totally stupid saying this, but.....I can never get the sodding sucky up syringe thingy to work. Last time, I ended up taking the top off and pouring it in, which probably contaminated it. Can anyone walk me through it......not the wee obviously! Just assume I'm completely thick,..I am in this instance.

I wouldn't mind doing this for a living! I've treated myself to a lovely black cardigan in Debenhams, very chuffed tchgrin

This was the easiest £20 I've ever earned - all for for sending off a small pot of wee! The vouchers are valid in so many useful shops, including Boots, Mothercare, Debenhams, ToysRus, Bon Marche and many more. My first vouchers arrived about a week after sending in the sample and have bought myself 2 gorgeous pairs of black brocade trousers from Bon Marche in their pre-Christmas sale. Brilliant!

Maggiemaybe Sun 13-Dec-15 18:47:49

Well, Sadiesnan, I believe you get £20 for each sample, so I'm rather hoping they'd like another! If I've understood correctly, though, you're only asked for a second if you had your last period fairly recently, so that's me out. tchgrin

I've sent off my specimen. I hope they don't want another one!

chelseababy Sat 05-Dec-15 15:48:01

Sent my specimen off a week ago yesterday, no voucher yet!

bikergran Sat 05-Dec-15 15:10:56

I think we should all tell what we spent/spend our £20 vouchers on ! I think it would be interesting! and very practical as well amanda53 smile

amandav53 Sat 05-Dec-15 11:18:49

They are valid in House of Fraser, Homebase, Toys r Us, Debenhams, and many more high street shops--used mine in Homebase --to build a shelf and some paint

loopylou Sat 05-Dec-15 11:10:44

All done and dusted!

Sadiesnan Sat 05-Dec-15 09:22:40

Which shops are the vouchers for amandav53?

amandav53 Fri 04-Dec-15 22:05:55

have done mine- received the vouchers by return of post and spent them this morning, a very useful extra for peeing in a pot!. Did seem a bit strange doing it for a pregnancy test company though

wotanuisanceABC123 Fri 04-Dec-15 21:11:31

I sent off my consent from but they left a message on the answer phone saying they hadn't received it. Ill have to give them a ring as voucher would be welcome at this time of the year!

Charleygirl Fri 04-Dec-15 20:46:29

Ah, I am over the hill age wise that is why I did not do anything.

Maggiemaybe Fri 04-Dec-15 19:15:20

I don't know how to link to another thread, but the details are all in a thread under Product Tests and Surveys, SingingSilver, called:

UK female GNer aged 56-65? Volunteers needed for Clearblue Clinical project: £20 to all participants (in exchange for a pot of wee!)

SingingSilver Fri 04-Dec-15 18:57:12

What company is it? I'm contributing so much urine to my GP surgery, but I can spare some to send out too!

Maggiemaybe Fri 04-Dec-15 18:34:24

It's taken about 10 minutes of my time so far (just waiting for the pot to p* in so we can add another couple). Not a bad hourly rate IMHO! smile

Charleygirl Fri 04-Dec-15 18:07:33

I did not see the post. I have been taking samples to my GP surgery for free as I have a UTI, I could easily have sent a sample anywhere for £20.

bikergran Fri 04-Dec-15 17:04:19

the "faffing" is well worth it to me...any bit of extra smile in fact they can have as many samples as they like at £20 a time !

bikergran Fri 04-Dec-15 17:02:08

Think the vouchers are "love to shop" which I believe are pretty much accepted in a lot of shops.Had my phone call and just going to download and sign the consent forms.smile

Elrel Fri 04-Dec-15 16:27:19

Are they taking the pxss??
Apologies to anyone offended, I just couldn't resist it!
£20 sounds a good offer.
