My feet are mercifully free from calluses, corns etc., but they are very dry. I find it difficult to moisturise them because I've got a bad back. Any tips?

How about a moisturiser in a spray? Avon do some I think.

If you have someone to help you, I have had great success with Body Shop Hemp hand cream, applied at night, put light cotton socks on as well to let the cream soak in, and stay off the sheets.

I am sure I have seen, in a catalogue, long handled aids with a sponge for applying suncream to backs. Maybe google aids for disabled, there is bound to be something suitable.
My feet have to have cream applied every couple of hours but I am able to reach so far.

How about soaking them in a washing up bowl of warm water to which you've added baby oil or similar? Then allow them to dry naturally - preferably with your feet up.

You can get spray body oil (Nivea I think) which you could spray on and then rub your feet together for a few minutes.

Or treat yourself to a luxury pedicure. The kind where they massage all sorts of lovely oils into your feet.

Wonderful suggestions. I do soak my feet already, without the oil, but although I can just about reach my feet, my back protests.

I'm going to try the moisturising spray for starters and rub my poor old feet together. smile

When I was younger, I never thought it would come to this - oh the joys of getting older.
