Is cookie jam fixed?

I'm up in the middle of the night and I know the experts say you shouldn't but in desperation I've been playing cookie jam. Do any of you think it's fixed so you can't win. That's it's set so no matter how skilled you might be it'll only moved to the next level after a certain amount of time. That it's all done to temp you into buying coins. I never do so that ploy hasn't worked on me. While I'm awake I've also wondered about the stuff on Facebook. The 'let me tell you the meaning of your name' 'only one percent of people know the answer to this question' sort of stuff. Then they just take all the information you've been looking at and sell it to advertising agencies. Maybe I'm being paranoid but I've often wondered.

I hadn't a clue what cookie jam was. I thought there was a typo in the title grin

FB quizes are certainly a fix. Iv'e deliberatly given some wrong answers for some and still scored A+ or super star grin

I am sure you are right morethan2. I plod along never ever getting anywhere then suddenly all the symbols drop into place and "I've won!! "
I suspect there is a minion somewhere registering that poor sad sap who has been stuck on level whatever for WEEKS is just about to give up for ever so they throw me a sop.

PS I never buy coins either. When I reach my limit on Coookie Jam I flip over to Farm Heroes for a few goes until I get some lives back.
Oh dear, should I perhaps "get a life"? grin.

I never download games with in-app purchases. It really limits what I play, but I'm happy with Scrabble and sudoku so I don't really mind. I find sudoku late at night sends me to sleep quite well!
