Watching the latest edition of BBC "Money for Nothing" as left me wondering who on earth buys the stuff that is supposedly "high end designer" as nothing is cheap and I have seen nothing yet that I would give house room to! I obviously missed the boat as far as design goes! is it just me?confused

No you are not alone MaggieMay60, most outfits are horrendous, also reminds me of the ' Emperors New Clothes'story ?

Expensive results indeed.
Definitely quirky and a bit off-the-wall.

Occasionally I've seen something that has been interesting but would benefit from the idea being diluted, rather like when cat-walk fashion eventually makes it into the high street stores.
Sometimes I think one of their ideas is OK, but needs reined in a bit.

This afternoon she is working on old blankets. I can see how this would work and quite liked them. She made £110 profit for the owner smile

My DS lives in London. All his friends have that stuff in their houses

Ohh yeah! I really like the robot that they have made out of the traffic light (not)! it looks like something that my grandchildren would have made and someone paid £200 for it as as for the sofa! Well!!!!

Yes and the walls are dark green or midnight blue with ' pops of bright colour. Grey is definitely out

I've seen one or two things I've really liked, but the prices are just ridiculous.
