Has anyone actually ever attended one of these? It is the ones set up by Ruby Wax and generally held in Marks and Spencers Coffee shops. The Facebook page and web pages do not really have much up to date info or any reviews from people who have attended, so wondered if anyone here had been.

Not heard of these although I've read a couple of her Mindfulness type books. Nearest M&s is 18 miles away so not really convenient either - I'll stick to meeting up with one of my slightly dotty/stressed friends...we are all pretty much alike nowadays. All easily flustered, trying to do interesting things but coping with all the 'stuff' of our time of life.....really elderly relatives, grown children, complicated finances (for me coupled with always feeling some scammer is getting at what we do have)....and generally worrying about what sort of world our GC are going to have to cope with!!!!!

I've heard of them. Wish there was one near me!

Oh dear, sounds like a place you go to cry on each others shoulders.
Do not frequent M&S cafes.

What's a frazzled cafe?

Google it for some basic info if of interest.
