Where's my daily feed of Gransnet?

Hi I've been following Gransnet for awhile (this is only the second post I've made) for a few weeks now I've not been getting GN automatic feeds to my inbox. This has been the situation for a couple of weeks and I'm having to log in each time to GN site on my laptop. At first I thought I wasn't getting automatic emails on my phone because I'd changed from an android to an iphone. (Obviously that didn't explain why my laptop ceased to get GN feeds) I'm not very clever with techie things and I've been putting off trying to sort it.
I'd be very grateful for any suggestions! Thank you

I don't understand...'Automatic feeds to your inbox'? The only things I get in my inbox are private messages.. I am also not very techno, so someone will come along who knows more.
I just clicked on to 'discussions of the day' and 'active'...and read what GNs have been saying, and make a comment occasionally. I love playing the games. That's the the only input I can give you.

I've got the opposite problem, I'm getting the "newsletter" thing, which I hadn't subscribed to!

I just click on ‘Last Hour’ Deedi and I too only get p.m’s in my inbox. Welcome to GN by the way.

I get daily feed by email but I just click on to the gransnet icon on iPad for updates and forums I use an iPad.

Deedi look in your “trash box” there was a thread from GNHQ last week (I think) saying if we wanted to continue to get the daily news letter to put “gransnet” in our contacts.

Thread should be under “site stuff”

Hi Deedi

Yes, as GrannyGravy13 mentioned, we notified users a couple of weeks ago that we were changing email providers and that it may cause the odd glitch for some users.

Firstly, to make sure that you are registered to receive Gransnet Daily, go to the My Gransnet section of your account, select Email Preferences, then make sure that the box next to Gransnet Daily is checked.

Then add [email protected] to your address book in your own email account to make sure we don't end up in your Spam/Trash folder.

Let us know if you don't receive your newsletter tomorrow and don't forget that the best way to report any tech issues is to email [email protected]

Mine are now going into my spam, I am just transferring them to my email inbox until I put the new address in.
