There can't be many of us who don't use Wikipedia on a regular basis but until today I'd never made a donation to this very useful, not for profit, and free resource blush

I donated £5.

Every now and then a message comes up asking for donations but today for some reason the fact that it said 98% of UK users never donate I felt guilty and duly obliged!

yes, more than once - and to other similar organisations.

Farmor15 Mon 02-Dec-19 17:36:54

Yes - I have donated more than once as I often use and find good, referenced information.

Grannyknot Mon 02-Dec-19 18:23:56

Yes I have too.

Chestnut Mon 02-Dec-19 18:28:42

Yes because I'm always checking Wiki! It's a small price to pay.

Yes - donated for the second time last week £2.50.
I use it a lot - I think it's one of the best parts of the 'net - like a reference library.

Yes, I donated £10.40 a couple of weeks ago. As others have said, I use it several times a week and really value it. Whilst I realise that it can't be trusted on all things, it is a resource that I would certainly miss if it wasn't freely available.

Yes, I gave them £10 a few weeks ago. I too felt guilty that I often refer to it and shouldn't take it for granted.

Yes, a couple of times I've bunged them a tenner. I don't use it a huge amount but dh does. He's always disappearing down Wiki-rabbit holes!

Scribbles Mon 02-Dec-19 21:51:55

Yes. I send them a fiver at least once a year.

WOODMOUSE49 Mon 02-Dec-19 23:46:27
