Are "microfibre pillows" the same as "memory foam pillows"?

just bought new pillows from the Eve site....they are brilliant.
had the few best night's sleep ever.Three layers of different foam, including one of memory foam.
they look a bit different to normal pillows but keep your spine aligned in the correct position, no more cricked necks or need for plumping up pillows.

Thank you! I had a feeling they weren't the same but why would this shop (highly rated as no. 1 in Which report) not be honest with me when I asked an innocent (probably ignorant in their view) question? They are also SO expensive at over £100 - no pillow is worth that imho!

Memory foam can also be very hot especially in the summer.

No they arent the same, microfibre are finer threads of polyester which makes a fluffier pillow. Memory foam is a great deal firmer.

I need a new pillow (or 2) and after loads of research, I need a memory foam one. The best place to buy from is online and they have a mid-price range of the size+price I want, but when I click on the Memory foam tag, it comes up with microfibre. I asked the company this same question and they just linked me to their website -Grrrrrr!!! Can any Gran help me out please?
TIA
