Just that really!!

DGS2 (aged 8) sometimes can't sleep because he worries about people dying. I think he would anyway but it is presumably exacerbated by the current circumstances.

I have suggested that he listens to audio books to help him but I dont know what device to suggest.

Any help gratefully received.

I haven'r used Amazon's Audible myself, but I know that my son used it for one of his sons. Worth a look?

You can access audio books from your local library you could join him up and access them online.

I use Audible to get off to sleep. Because my husband complains that he wakes up and hears a strange man in the bed (!) I bought a headband with speakers inside. It’s bluetooth so I don’t get tangled up and is very comfortable. I would recommend it. You can get children’s books.

Check the local library first, many now have audio books online.

Also audible have a number of children's books free that you can easily access (including the first Harry Potter) that he could listen to on any device you happen to have.
