Internet shopping for Grandchildren in the UK

My darling grandchildren have just moved from New Zealand to the UK (London)☹️. With their parents of course.
Left us behind in NZ.
Has anyone suggestions for good present shopping sites in the UK for a one year old and three year old?

Next for children’s clothes and Smyths for toys.

Babi Pur and Yes Bebe can be excellent for gifts.

Not On The High street and My Wicked Uncle are brilliant for well made, often quirky toys and games and well worth a look.
Also Joules (Kids) for clothes.

I was going to suggest My Wicked Uncle! We have had some brilliant stuff from that site.

Mulberry Bush are good for toys (they can be personalised) Next are good for everyday clothes, however my favourite for little ones is The White Company or Boden.

I have just looked at the My Wicked Uncle site and I know it will come in very useful at Christmas, lots of quirky, interesting things. Don't know how I have never heard of it before and I'm in the UK. Thank you to those who mentioned it.

My family like these for clothes:

www.polarnopyret.co.uk/
www.welovefrugi.com/

and this outlet store:

My daughter has just started toy shopping at Selfridges (of all places) for her nieces and nephews. She says it’s been the same price (for the branded items she was looking for) and has a deal on postage (£4 extra on first postage gives unlimited postage for a year). Their customer service is very good.

Might be worth a look at as you could use for the adults in the family for birthday gifts etc.

I found wooden toys here last Christmas that I couldn’t find elsewhere:

Thanks so much everyone.
I have bought the one year old a birthday present from My Wicked Uncle and will bookmark the other sites for the future.

Thank you for the heads up on the Wicked Uncle website. Never heard of it but I’ve looked and there are some brilliant ideas.
A great little find.

There are lots of lovely little websites with gorgeous clothes and toys. We have bought from www.welovefrugi.co.uk and www.scandibugs.co.uk and had good service from both. Lots of lovely bright clothes!

Hello jumbly, there are a number here whose children live abroad. Often they have moved to Australia or NZ. It’s a funny old world. You will really miss them of course but hope you will be able to visit. In the meantime enjoy shopping.
Best wishes flowers

I doubt if the OP is reading. Look at the date.

We have ordered lots from John Lewis too, usually reliable but they now seem to use Hermes for delivery who I find are not the best.

I’ve used John Lewis. In particular there was a little doll’s pram that’s still going strong after nearly 5 years - despite hefty 2 year olds sitting in it! - and it wasn’t expensive.

Waterstones are good for books - although Amazon has good selection and competitive.
M&S are good for clothes especially when there's a sale. Depends what their parents like as they may have preferred style.
