Jackdaw or crow? I found some ‘unusual’ poo last week and am now feeding a pair of hedgehogs on my patio - they’re lovely and I’ve called both of them Spike!
Some left behind here are pretty big and green or black and white, which I attribute to the wood pigeons. The seagulls usually tend to do it from a height and leave big white splats.
Not sure whereabouts you are KittyLester. It looks like Canada Goose poo. Right size, usually white on the outside and contains lots of undigested grass. There are 3 resident populations near here and we see them quite a lot.
It is *kitty^ and almost black. I was over the moon having one hedgehog, but stupidly pleased having two. Now I’m buying proper hedgehog food and hope they’ll hibernate in a box I’ve had in the garden for 10 years. It’s had residents before, but nowhere near as bold as these two.
Blossoming, DH thinks it's goose poo. We are about 500yds from the river as the crow (or goose) flies but our garden is minute and not, I think, appealing for a goose to take a chance on.
We have wild ducks in our communal garden, they like to poo everywhere, looks just like this. Its slippery, smells and as my mum would say " sticks like shit to a blanket"
