I have just finished reading You Before Me by Jo Jo Moyes. It was a really beautiful book and I enjoyed every minute reading it. But now I feel like crawling under a stone and staying there.

Maybe it's just me. Wondering whether to read the sequel now, or to find something cheerier.

WWYD?

It was the best book I have read in a long time. Wouldn't want to put anyone off reading it. It is a really good read. Anyone else read it?

Loved it! Love all her books but that one especially. I haven't read the sequel as I haven't seen it in paperback but I will as soon as I see it.

It's on my list to read, jings. I'm currently reading The Last Letter From Your Lover by Jojo Moyes (actually, I think I have already read this, a while ago, but I'm still enjoying it!).
One of my favourite books was her The Girl You Left Behind. Absolutely tragic. But I know what you mean about the way it leaves you feeling. I always go for a more cheerful read before returning to something of this ilk. Can't cope with more tears straight away sad

Love her books, she writes a very good story. Waiting for the sequel to come out in paperback. The last one I read of hers was The Horse Dancer. Really enjoyed that one and not sad!

I love her books too - have you read - Ship of Brides ? - it was based on her grandmother and it is the sort of thing that happened then. I am thinking I will get the sequel to You before me - would like to see what happens to the girl. I think it is available for Kindle - as much as I love to read a proper book the Kindle is so handy for delivery of books to France - sometimes they charge a fortune for the postage for a normal book.
Our Book club book here for this month is - harper Lee - go tell a Watchman - I have read it but will read it again to have it to the forefront of my mind - a couple in our group were Eng teachers and at times it can get like being back in an A level class!!! grin My choice in Jan - Graham Swift - Light of Day.

Read them both. Would definitely recommend.

I always have a book on the go, as soon as I finish one I am on to the next. I read Me Before You last month, could not put it down! Wow, what a book! My husband read this after me and his feelings were the same. In fact he said what I thought...how do you follow that!
I am going to get Me After You...
I have also read JoJo Moyes The Girl You Left Behind which I found a very good book too.
I think my next book will be Milly Johnson, I love her books too.
