I lover her books about the detective living in Venice and his family . No angst about drink , bad bosses etc. that you get with some detectives just good stories.

I am a huge Donna Leon fan too? I always think I could be friends with the Brunetti’s ?

I love her books. I've always particularly liked Patta being so appalled by her hanging her Canaletto in the kitchen grin

I do like Il Commissario Brunetti.
I got the latest book for Christmas, but can't find time to read it.sad
The last time we visited Venice, I kept hoping we would bump into him.wink
I also like the Nick Costa books.

Oh I got all excited there but it’s only the early books which I have anyway sad
I love Guido and Paola Brunetti - she is my role model - career woman, clearly bi lingual, wonderful cook, children not too awful adolescents and an appreciative husband.
What’s not to like?

Yes it’s a nice touch and one in the eye for Patta such an awful snob?

I love these books too. I enjoy reading about their lifestyle along with the storylines.

Hmmmmm. Sounds good. Think I'll check it out. Thanks for the tip.

Och. It's only the guide to the right reading order for her books that's 99p So disappointed! Not up for paying £9.99 for a download.

For £9.99 I would expect real paper and a real cover - something to keep and cherish!

The 99p books are only on Amazon for a short time the offer was for the proper books not a guide but you have to be quick in ordering . She has a new one out which I have on order from the library published this year.
