Do you know any older person who might benefit from a free respite break?

We are a charity that for the last 40 years has been running free breaks for older people.

Our respite breaks are a great opportunity for lonely or isolated older people to spend 5 days in a relaxing and sociable holiday environment where we will put on activities, day trips and workshops throughout the week.

Our first break of the seasons is open for applications now! We will be picking people up from Tower Hamlets, Islington, Southwark, Reading, Newbury and Basingstoke and travelling to Bracklesham Bay in West Sussex, where we will be staying at a Richardson’s holiday village.

We will pay the costs of our guests food, accommodation, coach travel and entertainment throughout the week and are particularly looking for applications from people who are aged over 65 and on a low income.

Details for our full programme of breaks are available to view on our website - we will be picking up in areas across the country and travelling to various destinations including Eastbourne, Morecambe and Bridlington.
