Older women on TV

(I hope there isn't a thread I've missed about this.)

I just stopped to catch the news, and found a report on Breakfast about the under-representation of older women on the news and elsewhere. Also about general use of repeated clips which don't present a positive image of older women.
And not enough women experts. I've been glad to see them on Time Team, which is usually blessedly nonsexist - but that's because there are few else where....
