I'm so excited! He has lived in the far east for most of his working life, around 12 years in total. He has a Chinese wife and two dc. DS and DIL are both very keen to move to the UK for a few years at least, and he has found 2 suitable looking job vacancies with his current employer, in a branch office about an hour's drive from us.
I know it's early days and I shouldn't count my chickens, but I am so thrilled to think I might soon get the chance to get to know my dgc properly.
