Good morning Mick and everyone. The weather here has not yet made up its mind but it could be quite reasonable. It's my grandson's second birthday today so that should be fun.

Good morning, a pleasant morning again here, and looks promising, but I shall be indoors all day as we have a short mat bowls competition - the first one we have tried out, so it should be interesting! Hope you enjoy your stay at the seaside NanKate, and the nice weather continues for you, a stroll along the front seems to work wonders. Enjoy your days everyone.

Morning mick hope you enjoy the bright start. It's looking spring like here in kent. Another good day for hanging out washing yipee. Small pleasures! Enjoy your birthday party Liz. I think 2 year olds are just marvellous. It may just be my favourite age. I don't know anything about small mat bowls but I hope it goes well printmiss. I'm off now to the washing line. sunshine and a bit of wind.

Dry but cloudy in my bit of South Wales at the moment. We're going off to the Gower for the day. Picnic lunch, spend some time geocaching, then a pub meal this evening. (All "weather-permitting", of course).

Good morning everyone - bright and sunny here in SW France too - busy busy today as have friends coming this evening for a meal. Need to get my brain in gear.
Happy drying Kiora. I love the smell of line dried washing.
Have a great party Liz and hope the bowl is enjoyable Printmiss

Good morning all, sunshine a bright sunny start for a change.
No exercise class today, as the friend that runs it has gone away, so I can loll until lunchtime.

Then I shall be meeting up with a friend that I haven't seen since before Christmas, so lots to gossip about!

Have a lovely weekend y'all.

Good morning, the sky is blue and the sun is shining. Enjoy the weekend.

Good morning all. More sunshine - hurrah! And the mornings are certainly getting lighter and brighter. I think winter is behind us, at last.

Good morning /now afternoon. I have been out weeding! However the sun has gone in and my hands have got very cold so I have given up.

I was supposed to be going out today to babysit DGS and give mum and dad their first night out since he was born 17 mnths ago. But he has been poorly for three days with his temperature going up very high and down again during the day, he does seem to be on the mend but rather fragile.

DD decided this morning that she cannot risk going out tonight in case he is still not better and she would still be worrying about him anyway. That's having kids for you. DD very disappointed.

Bellasnana Sat 22-Feb-14 12:25:25

Good day everyone. Today is DGD's third birthday so we are spending it with her at Disney World. Weather hot, humid and possibly going to have thunderstorms later.

Dustyangel enjoy your visit with your family and I hope the sun stays shining for you.

Have a great day, everyone sunshine

P.S. my suitcase made it over a day late so that's a relief!

NanKate Sat 22-Feb-14 15:30:36

Glad your suitcase made it Bellasnana, now you can wear your comfy shoes round the Theme Park.

Sorry to hear about your DGS Nelliemoser - little ones do seem to recover quicker than us oldies. How did your evening go with the friends who are not much of a laugh ? Your description of the forthcoming evening amused me.

Today we had a lovely walk round National Trust Garden and ate a sarnie lunch in the sunshine.

Thanks Printmiss the grandchildren are 3 and 1 and have quite a busy timetable for myself and the DH to stick to, so I am not sure if we will glimpse the sea this time. hmm
