Good morning Mick!

It's still raining in Leicestershire too!

Not much planned for today but I might tackle the self perpetuating ironing pile!

Enjoy your days everyone sunshine

Good morning everyone, it's raining and misty here in the Peak District. I'm sitting up in bed watching flocks of birds wheeling over the hills as they start their long migration to the warmth. Wishing I could go too.

It's stopped here, but very dark lowering clouds. Forecast says it should brighten later. Not sure I believe them!

Have a good day All.

Good morning from Malta where it's already hot and getting hotter. It's lovely to see the sun every day but the heat is too much.

Good luck to your DH ninathenana , I do hope everything goes well for him today flowers

Have a good day everyone sunshine

Good morning all, and good luck nina with the op, hope it gets done! After the awful day yesterday, it is a fairly bright morning, but I am not sure how long that will last. I must go out today, hate being indoors for too long, get lazier than ever. Enjoy your days.

Good morning raining as well here in Cheshire. Very grey so I did not realise it was this late when I woke at 7:45ish. Good luck for your DH Nina.

Hope all goes well today, nina. What a dark, dull morning it is. I heard someone say yesterday that we still have five or six more weeks of summer so it could turn sunny and warm again yet. Hope so!

SloeGinny Tue 26-Aug-14 08:23:26

Good luck with the op Nina, hope all goes well.

It's a sunny morning here in the Tees valley after quite a nice day yesterday. I just hope that rain's not preparing an ambush!

Agus Tue 26-Aug-14 08:27:24

Morning everyone. Still sunny here but a bit windy now.

GD2 enjoyed her first full day at school but by 4.00pm, DD found her sound asleep upstairs smile

Hope all goes well with your DH's op nina

Rained all day yesterday and still raining today here in north essexsad

Brendawymms Tue 26-Aug-14 08:33:17

Fingers crossed for Nina's DH.
In East Sussex it started raining before 7 yesterday morning and it's still raining. Took very little money in the Charity shop all day. People turned out for the French market but did not come down the high street.
I am doing some Broderie Suisse at the moment and last night started on the complicated bits but hope the quality improves as I go along!

Bright and sunny morning, a little breezy with clouds blowing over. Lovely day in Northumberand yesterday too. GS no. 1 goes to hospital today to see his Genetics Consultant for results of blood tests to see if his inherited skin condition is linked with autism. Isn't genetics an interesting subject?

Very dark and dull here in NW London. The heavens are about to open, just like yesterday. I will need to switch a light on here soon I think.

Wet

Good morning all, bright and sunny here and was very still and quiet until our carob pickers arrived. Now there is a clattering and rattling and their voices (husband and wife) chatting to each other.

Bella we don't often get above 40C. Occasionally, usually only two or three times a year. If the GC are here they keep checking on the thermometer trying to will it upwards to tip over from 39.9C. grin
I can cope with higher temps. than I used to be able to but still would rather be in UK if it's over 30C.

Nina hope every thing goes well for your husband's op.
