Good morning from a dark wet Colchester. Waiting in for delivery of Black Friday orders!

Morning All

Very, very soggy here this morning and overcast. It's not raining at the moment but the sky is so heavy the water can't stay up there long!

I was going to plant The Generous Gardener too Whitewave but I haven't even bought it yet as the ground is far too boggy to plant anything or even consider walking on the beds. Our little boat is out of the water and on the bank but she'll be floating again before long if this keeps up!

Friends to lunch today and DH is preparing a banquet to cheer us all up.

A little on line shopping to finish the Christmas shopping (apart from for DH - but that's a whole different story!) and then I have a session in the library this afternoon.

Good morning all.
It is so dark here in Stockport I haven't looked out yet but I can't hear rain.
We have had enough in the last few days for the month , yesterday was torrential.
I am going for scans on my eyes today to see what the next step is to be, I think more injections will be needed as I still look out through a cobweb, albeit a grey one and not a black one as before.

Sorry for the late check in. Weather in Tynedale is wet, but no wind this morning. Washing machine is doing it's thing in preparation for our trip to Harrogate on Wednesday. Rest of Christmas cards to write today.
