Last day of January today and I wondered as I have indicated in the thread whether any resolutions we might have made have borne fruit. I resolved to lose weight, eat healthily and cut down alcohol to weekends only. Well I didn't do to badly but I'm not too happy about weight loss only 7 lbs and I did not have any chocolate, sweets, cakes or biscuits and mostly kept alcohol to weekends. I feel a bit flat. Anyone else think their resolutions well kept/waste of time?

All mine are ongoing from last year. A big bag of stuff to oxfam each month and to read all the books on the shelf or on my kindle and to cook something I've never cooked before, preferably weekly but more often monthly.

Mine was to get out more to things that I enjoy, even though OH won't come and I will need to go by myself. I have booked one ballet and two operas on live feed and am looking forward to them.

Teetime. 7 lb weight loss in a month is great! You are to be congratulated!
