Just talked to the very nice lady who got all the info wrong on Mum's assessment. She was very apologetic and agreed to put it all right. I said that I was confused as to how both she and the consultant psychiatrist, who saw mum independently, recorded the fact that mum had bed rails and bumpers when she had neither.

Apparently if I am not happy with an amendment being added I can insist they both go again. We live in Leicestershire and he comes from North Wales. confusedangry

1st class train fare plus hotel overnight. Who pays?
I had that with my uncle. The hospital told me he was fine sitting out of bed eating porridge and reading the paper. I was on the train that day. He was barely conscious . How did I know? My dg being a scot insisted on porridge and he spewed it everywhere as a child. She was a determined woman but he was an equally determined child. As an adult he left the room if anyone made or ate porridge as he said he still wanted to throw up.
Sloppy care Kitty .dont let them get away with it.
