Good morning frosty here in Melton Mowbray- been awake since 4.30.

Morning All. You sound a bit disappointed about your break, Mick, hope there were things to enjoy. Dark, damp and very cold in our corner of Somerset. Off early today to help our friend recently out of hospital. Hope Saturday is kind to you.

A lovely rosy pink sky in South Yorkshire this morning (much for me to be up this early!) and we have a nice day in prospect hopefully. The decorating continues ?. It's very cold and bright in North Leicestershire but I think we might have had some rain overnight.

DD3 and co are calling in for lunch so I must get organised and go to the village before they arrive.

It's just started raining and it is very cold in the Tyne Valley. The car said 2°c, everything in Hexham was frozen, people out scraping windscreens etc. I'm back in bed, very tired and aching. Flare up of arthritis I think.

Good morning, harsh frost here in the north east and has been like this since dusk last night. GC probably coming this afternoon, we play board games but I am rubbish at them and always lose.
